店長之前一直推介呢款 Bordeaux Hidden Gems，酒莊2017年又被Moueix家族重金收購，我仲話‘’好彩未被併入鄰居Belair Monange‘’，開口中，來自酒莊最新消息：‘’2022年份開始，併入1er Cru GCC Belair Monange‘’ 成為千元酒，此後絕版。Petrus 家族做此行動，足以證明Clos La Madeleine的質數。

今日介紹Moueix家族的Belair Monange 的鄰居Clos La Madeleine， 呢間莊早年被巴黎的投資人購入，但沒有用心經營。直至1992年被投資公司SOGEFI 買下，進行大規模改革，設備升級。

Clos La Madeleine 座落St Emilion 高地及斜坡地，同Ausone 的土質類似，和Belair Monange的一樣，先天條件非常好。不過，酒莊佔地僅有2.3公頃，種植76%Merlot, 24%Cabernet Franc, 20%樹齡大於45年，55%樹齡30-45年， 係波爾多屬於罕見的VV級別。年產只有500箱(6000支)，2007年請到一級莊Angelus金鐘莊主，也是釀酒師的 Hubert de Bouard 做顧問，酒質突飛猛進，2012年係St Emilion 六年一次的評級中，晉升為列級莊Grand Cru Classe.  雖然成名，但認識的飲家仲係唔多，酒價也很相宜。

A tiny estate on the clay and limestone plateau of St-Émilion, bought in 2017 by Edouard Moueix at neighbouring Belair-Monange. On this showing, you can see the attraction - expect big, voluptuous flavours that are beautifully balanced by a touch of salinity and the signature twist of austerity that limestone so often gives the Merlot grape. Good grip, will clearly age well. 2023 - 2040

Dense and powerful red with a chewy mouthfeel and loads of ripe fruit. Full body. Velvety tannins. 75% merlot, 25% cabernet franc.
