Don't Miss! Deep ruby. Here the wood is relatively generous and less well-integrated though the aromatic profile of the ever-so-slightly riper nose is otherwise quite similar. There is more size, weight, power and concentration to the imposingly constructed flavors that are both supported and shaped by the tightly wound and extremely firm tannins, all wrapped in a mouth coating and hugely persistent finish. This displays terrific potential but it is a wine to buy only if you have the wherewithal and patience to wait.

Chateau De La Tour 酒莊位處布根地Vougeot地區最負盛名的地方，距今已有百年曆史，有過優雅飛躍的歷史：先是與著名的葡萄酒釀造大師Guy Accad進行技術合，再者用了釀酒大師Jean-Pierre Confuron作為當地的首席釀酒師，因此他們家的葡萄酒品質一直在穩步上升。

此酒款採用Clos de Vougeot伏舊園百年老藤釀造，2011年是這款酒釀自田內其中一塊最古老的1910年種植的葡萄藤，標有Vieilles Vignes de Plus de 100 Ans！2014年則是最後一個年份，2015年開始，酒莊開始一個重新種植計劃，釀造此款酒來自幾塊同田不同地塊的葡萄樹，被直接稱為 Vieilles Vignes。百年老藤最後的绝唱,實在不容錯過。

Clos de Vougeot是布根地夜丘最大的特級園，位於海拔240-270米的山坡上，坡度平緩，四周圍著一個有500年曆史的石牆。Decanter資深作家Jane Anson曾在文章中多次提到：“從很多層面上來說，伏舊園仍然是布根地精神的核心所在。

這些酒來自樹齡高達百年的Pinot Noir老藤，年產少於3000瓶，數量稀少，往往一發售便售空。莊園在2000年被法國餐飲雜誌《侍酒師》(Les Sommeliers) 評選為“2000年法國最佳莊園”。
