Fabien Coche Meursault "Les Chevalières" 2020

「Les Chevalières」絕對是Meursault村中評價最好的地塊之一。於村莊最主要的背斜谷出口處的南方，主要皆為面朝東方的日照角度。橡木桶(新桶10%)陳釀12個月後再置入舊桶中靜置8個月。

檸檬、柚子、白花、杏仁、烤面包和香草風味。集中而飽滿，同時兼備明顯的酸度與礦石感骨架，餘韻陣陣。

係布根地的Meursault村，Coche-Dury如同聖殿般存在 , 質高價貴但市場早已認同。其實係1940年Coche分家，Leon Coche的3個子女，一支衍生出Coche Durey, 另一支成了現在的Fabien Coche (原名Coche Bizouard) , 這一支是由 Julien Coche成立。在親緣上

本說，Fabien Coche與Coche Dury是堂兄弟 , 也是另一名人Jean-Marc Roulot的表兄弟。

提到Coche家族，還是免不了會將Fabien Coche 與 Coche Dury拿出來比較，實際

上兩家關係十分緊密，在酒莊經營上一樣有技術上的交流。就歷史而言，酒莊以接近10公

頃的葡萄園起家，以Meursault為主，還有一些Monthelie 和 Pommard 等村的產業。再一次感謝姻親之助，後來從妻子的Bouillot家族拿到Saint Romain Saint Aubin 和 Puligny Montrachet 的葡萄園，面積雖僅擴大至12

公頃，但加入的地塊都是白酒區域，最重要的是這些地塊超過一半都係樹齡70以上的老藤，酒莊酒款更多源化，實力更上一層樓。試唸下，源於Coche就已分到勁好的Meursault，再加上後來的老藤，論血統、姻緣、高品質

與稀少的產量，Fabien Coche自然被拿出來與Coche Dury相提並論。

最終，Fabien Coche的葡萄園走生態多性，後來改為完全人工處理。他採收時間選的較

遲，輕柔壓搾加上微澄清，新桶不到20% , 成熟的果香中仍有著精巧內在 , 年輕時即可享受。如果畫出一道光譜 :一端係Coche-Dury質感和質量，另一端係Roulot的純淨，咁Fabien Coche大概比較接近Coche-Dury那一端，但呢道光譜畫唔出價格 , 因為Fabien Coche的酒實在便宜太多，也因此酒友早就飲出它極高的性價比。
