此酒款是從Sciara酒莊，所有葡萄田採收最老的葡萄藤100年以上釀製而成的，Centenario 意大利文意思是百年樹人！ 全部老樹藤都是Pre-Phylloxera即是沒有接枝全天然生長，味道更加醇厚 ，今年首次推出市面，集合每一塊田最老的葡萄藤精華和用法國新 橡木桶釀製出來， 香氣獨特而芬香撲鼻，帶有礦石，泥土， 松露氣息， 口感飽滿， 層次豐富， 絕對帶給各位愛靚酒人士驚喜！

香港這粒豆咁細既地方，出產了無數的律師，醫師，品酒師，卻在意大利的西西里島，原來有一位香港人釀酒師 Stef Yim！做出來既酒更一鳴驚人！
酒莊名Sciara 意思是，熔岩在火山爆發時，熔岩石由上流下來形成的一條熔岩路，葡萄藤就在這拙劣的土地上成長。

The word" "Centenario" means that a person has lived for more than 100 years.... hence thewine is named for the vines that have survived 100 years old or more. These precious old vinesare majority found in our Feudo di Mezzo cru. It demonstrates the full potential of thevolcanic soil characters. The works in the vineyards are all done by hand in the most naturalway. No irrigation, chemical fertilization nor pesticide treatments etc.

Tasting Notes: 
The aroma unfolds hints of brambles, crushed rocks and wood moss. On the palate it is intense but elegant with layers of dried herbs and red fruits that gradually transform into a seductive earthy feeling. Great balance until the end. Recommended pairings: Roast pork knuckle, Pasta with truffles, Suckling pigs with" crunchy skin etc

Due to the limited arable area of Mount Etna, production is very limited but qualitative.

「香港之光」Stef Yim 焱史特，香港出世，美國洛杉磯長大，曾於美國Napa 與法國Burgundy師習釀酒技術且他熱愛世界高海拔葡萄酒，對其如數家珍。2014年，Stef Yim在意大利西西里島Etna火山釀造的精品Azienda Agricola Sciara,  因為這裡有老樹，又有海拔一千公尺以上的葡萄園，屬高山氣候，日夜溫差大，葡萄成熟得很典雅，所有酒款年產僅有一萬支左右。Sciara 的酒，大多用海拔來作酒標，例如 760 metri、980 metri、1200 metri 等等。以反映不同海拔葡萄的風格。Centenario沒有標海拔，但是是很老的葡萄！
