Renieri Brunello di Montalcino 2017

Renieri 屬於Toscana三大釀酒世家之一的Bacci，是BdM的名家。

Renieri是個將現代和傳統結合得相當好的酒莊，現代化的發酵設備與傳統工藝相適應，酒莊對葡萄果實的篩選非常嚴格，按照平均產量來算每棵葡萄樹僅能生產一瓶酒！

酒莊位於Montalcino南部可以俯瞰到Amiata山的坡地上，共佔地128公頃，其中葡萄園面積佔地30公頃，平均海拔350-420米，土壤類型以火山土壤為主，混雜著石灰石和碎石。

A fresh and balanced Brunello for the hot and dry 2017 vintage. It’s medium- to full-bodied with tight and polished tannins that are well-integrated and focused on the palate. Plenty of dark berry, black cherry and dry earth with some porcini mushroom. Fantastic for the vintage. Give it a year or two to soften. Try after 2023.

The Renieri 2017 Brunello di Montalcino embraces freshness, vibrant fruit and punchy sour cherry aromas. In fact, I am surprised by the ethereal and light quality of this wine, given the hot vintage. This expression is redolent of earth, forest floor and garden roses. Some well-managed flavors of spice and toasted nut slip in gently at the end. Production is 30,000 bottles.
