又是一個布根地青年創業的事故。Garaudet家族很早以前便待在布根地Monthelie村當著佃農(也有自己的葡萄園)，到了第四代Paul Garaudet(成立Domaine Paul Garaudet)開始從村裡向外發展，收購Pommard、Volnay、Puligny Montrachet等葡萄園，同時也是Monthelie工會主席和Comte Lafont的釀酒師，因此在村裡相當德高望重。而第五代的Florent兒時便受家族啟發，在布根地釀酒學校畢業後決定去Languedoc和Bordeaux學習與工作，之後回到家鄉 繼承爺爺(George)的葡萄園，成立Domaine Florent Garaudet, 2008年係自己第一個年份。目前Paul(父)和Florent(子)共用同一個釀酒廠和酒窖，也時不時交流心得。Florent深知Monthelie是Cote de Beaune上最小的村(在Volnay、Meursault和Auxey-Duresses之間)，但其特性介於Pommard和Volnay之間，只要能掌握特性便能釀出優秀的葡萄酒。


Florent擁有約2公頃的葡萄園(多為50歲以上老藤)，6成係Montelie，剩下4成則係Meursault和Puligny Montrachet。管理方式以不使用化學品為主，同樣會進行人工剪芽、疏果、疏葉等。採收以人工方式進行，車間二次分揀篩選，榨汁後會稍微浸漬(紅白都會)，再放入大槽中發酵(用天然酵母)後進入400升橡木桶陳放(白酒8至18個月、紅酒12至18個月)，新像木桶的使用則會依產地不同而使用不同的橡木材料。酒風基本呈現濃郁活潑的風格，但Meursault、Puligny Montrachet和Monthelie一級園則以優雅典雅和令人驚訝的複雜性為主，同時具有陳年潛力。

Monthelie村唔係冷門，而係少做Marketing. 當然，天地人三個因數，最緊要睇邊個人釀酒。
