Lots of tropical fruit with mango and pineapple character. Ripe pear with some crushed stone. Lavender and green papaya, too. Full-bodied, lightly chewy and phenolic. Structured. Needs time to open, but a fantastic finish. Bitter-lemon and salty notes at the end.

The 2020 Sauvignon Blanc comes bounding out of the glass with exuberant notes of nectarines, grapefruit and orange blossoms, plus hints of chalk dust, white pepper and oyster shell, with a gentle waft of beeswax. Medium-bodied, elegant and refreshing, the palate delivers impressive intensity with a backbone of racy acidity and a long, chalky finish.

2014 年的1月，波爾多一級名莊Ch. Latour買下美國超級膜拜酒 Araujo , 正式由Latour接管, 更名為 Eisele Vineyard。

Ch. Latour 同 Araujo呢項交易, 係酒界可以說轟動一時。身為五大酒莊之一的Latour , 選擇左美國五大膜拜酒中的Araujo , 可說是門當戶對的結合。 Araujo這間Napa 酒莊, 尤其是其知名的Eisele的葡萄園一向都係加州的寶地。 Eisele位於Napa Valley 的東北邊的Calistoga產區 , 早係19世紀已種有葡萄。此葡萄園白天溫暖、夜晚涼爽、土壤富含鵝卵石 , 所生產的酒款卓越 , 各大名家均有作品。

1971年, Eisele園第一個年份就係提供比Ridge（Montebello）酒莊 , 由慧眼獨具的知名釀酒師Paul Draper親手打造 ; 1975年Joseph Phelp（Insignia）酒莊加入釀造 Eisele園的酒，此園名聲更為響亮 ; 成為Napa的「特級園」。

直至1991年 Araujo夫婦取得此葡萄園, Joseph Phelp 的Eisele園成為絕響 (有行無市的酒)。在歷任釀酒師的努力下，Araujo一步一步建立了自己的品牌，包括 F. Peschon帶著Ch. Haut Brion 與 Stag's Leap Wine Cellars (Cask23)的經驗，自1996年起就為 Araujo掌舵（至2010），配合著Michel Rolland的經驗與R. Parker加持，此酒莊的聲勢與價格如日中天。
