The 2019 Pernand-Vergelesses Clos Berthet 1er Cru has a well-defined bouquet of white peach, yellow plum and a touch of spice. The elegant palate is well balanced, with lemon peel and orange pith, and quite waxy-textured toward the finish. Good length here, and it should age well. Drink 2022 - 2030

"A more complex nose offers up notes of lemon rind, matchstick, white flowers and a touch of spice. The racy and intensely saline middle weight flavours ooze plenty of minerality on the lingering finish that offers a bit more depth. Lovely."

Hmm, aromatically almost a dead-ringer for the previous wine – freshness and a coating of oak. Gas in here. Good freshness – a wine that’s more open and accessible today vs the Sous Frétile – a bigger, wider finish tough. Small waves of flavour that last really well. A super wine – but again have a little patience.

女莊主Christine Gruere-Dubreuil是獨厚之泉酒莊第五代傳人，同時也是現任莊主兼釀酒師，從監管從種植到釀造所有的運作都一手掌握，是布根地新生代釀酒師當中的精英釀酒師，且被形容為「新生代鐵娘子」。
