Dr. Loosen Graacher Himmelreich Riesling GG Alte Reben 2021

德國名莊Dr. Loosen的Grand Cru 級別Grosses Gewächs 的乾身Riesling: 來自Mosel valley 一個好細的村Graacher Himmelreich，葡萄樹平均樹齡為100年(Alte Reben means Very Old Vines)，種植係斜坡上的藍色板岩土壤，1000 升至 3000 公升橡木桶發酵並on lees 12個月。

The 2021 Graacher Himmelreich GG Alte Reben offers a deep, pure and lemony, saline and spicy/slatey bouquet with fine intensity. Round and lush on the palate, this is a savory, stimulatingly saline and crystalline Himmelreich with substantial fruit and structure. Very good finish. 12.5% alcohol. Tasted as a sample at the domaine in July 2022. To be bottled in October.

Flint, crushed stone and cassis aromas pour from the glass of this very exciting, youthful Mosel riesling GG. As refined as it is concentrated, this glides over your palate so gracefully. Very fresh and pure, this has a fantastic minerality at the very long clean finish. From the Stablay section of this large and well-known site. Drinkable now, but best from 2023.

Grosses Gewächs (GG) means “great growth” in German and is the designation for an estate’s best dry wine from a Grosse Lage (grand cru) vineyard.
