Containing 75% whole bunch fruit, the 2015 Beaune 1er Cru Les Reversées was cropped at 16 hectoliters per hectare. It is a little foursquare on the nose at the moment, leaning more towards little fruitquare on the nose at the moment, leaning more towards pleblack than than that as time in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with a marine note, almost fishy, on the entry. It is very linear, quite strict and Pommard-like in style, the finish offering a touch of spice and good intense.

Domaine Jean-Marc Bouley位於布根地的Cote de Beaune(伯恩區)，已有99年歷史，是當區非常知名的酒莊，曾被媒體選為葡萄酒投資十大潛力標的其中之一，目前正邁向頂級酒莊之路。

Thomas 於2012年接管家族12公頃的葡萄園，葡萄園位於Cote de beanue (伯恩丘) 的Volnay、Pommard 和 Beaune 3個村莊。其中位於自2002年酒莊擴建後，他一直與父親一起工作，進一步觀察每塊土地中的葡萄藤和樹齡、海拔高度和土壤。致力於健康自然的種植方式，種植出低產量而優質的葡萄。葡萄園已長年不使用化學肥料或任何化學藥劑，每株葡萄藤控制在6-8串的掛果率，確保葡萄有充足的日照、良好的通風。此外，透過不鋤草、深耕及剪枝等方式來控制葡萄產量。父子二人共同合作，視酒款不同，將新橡木桶的使用比例提升30% -70% 釀出顏色、香氣和口感都十分華麗濃郁卻不失均衡的葡萄酒。
