Contratto酒莊由Giuseppe Contratto於1867年創建，是意大利最古老的氣泡釀酒商。

酒莊歷史悠遠，20世紀酒莊出產的葡萄酒已經分銷全世界各地了（主要供給皇室），Contratto 是Vatican的獨家供應商，還有意大利皇室家族。在國際知名酒展上斬獲各種獎項，這就是為什麼Contratto聲名鵲起，享譽全球，在氣泡界擁有一定威望。

而 CONTRATTO 亦是最早把義大利氣泡酒輸往英國的第一間酒廠，在兩次轉手後於 2011 由犀牛莊 La Spinetta 酒莊的莊主 Giorgio Rivetti 收購，並重新打造了 CONTRATTO。
