西班牙加泰羅尼亞Priorat產區出好多靚酒，包括Clos Mogador，Alvaro Palacios的Clos Dofi，Josep Liois Perez的Clos Martinet ，Carles Pastrana的Clos de L'obac, 以及Daphne Glorian的Clos Erasmus，都係起碼幾百上千元，係因為高質和教父級的名氣；但其實Priorat吸引了好多新晉釀酒師，並釀出高質價廉的美酒，今日介紹96年成立的酒莊Celler Ronadelles，女釀酒師Eva Prim 醉心種植和釀酒，02年開始生物動力法，獲得 Sakura Japan Women's Wine Awards 2017。今日介紹呢支紅酒由50% Grenache, 50% Carignan 混釀，酒標由設計師 Maria Duran 設計，講述摩爾女王的跳躍，Siurana 是新加泰羅尼亞落入基督徒手中之前的最後一個撒拉遜人飛地, 摩爾女王 “Abdel Zaida”騎著馬跳入虛空，然後被基督徒俘虜。

原瓶醒酒2小時起，香氣更佳。Subtle Black cherry with black soil earthy notes, hints of cedar, leather, medium-full body, racy acidity. Nice Priorat. 有三百幾蚊的質數，抵飲。

Vins i Llegendes (Wines and Legends) is a silky and seductive wine. The aromas of red fruit predominate over a light earthy tone, with a long, frank and sweet finish.

A complex harvest influenced by the extreme climatic changes with rainfall up to 714 mm and an extremely hot, dry summer, with temperatures reaching 41°C. The thermal contrasts between the day temperatures and night temperatures, accentuated by the altitude of the estate, give this wine an intense aroma and a complex structure dominated by the granulated texture and acidity as a result of the tannins.
