Yann Durieux Recrue des Sens Les 1er Ponts 2018


Pinot made without the use on any wood. The name doesn’t arise from a vineyard or area where the grapes come from but rather from the fact that Yann thinks that the wine is as fine and sharp as a “gouzotte”, a sharp hooked knife commonly used in the vineyard for pruning. Expressive and vibrant style of Pinot.

Yann Durieux是一個兼具傳統與創新的釀酒師，將酒莊取名為Recrue des Sens(感官勇士)可略窺一二，利用黑底紅字成為強烈的酒標風格，但種植與釀酒哲學卻是最貼近布根地所信的風土條件，酒質也是走古典的細膩風格，他能成為近期布根地最耀眼的年輕酒農一點都不意外，從他的經歷可以證明這一切，Yann先在Julien Guillot位在Macon的酒莊工作七年後，證明其有絕佳的釀酒實力，在1999年被招攬接替Philippe Pacalet成為Domaine Prieuré-Roch (俗稱菜刀酒莊，也是Domaine de la Romanée-Conti 共同持有者Henry Frédéric Roch的酒莊)的釀酒師，直到2010年他決定離開菜刀酒莊，自行創立Recrue des Sens酒莊。

目前自有約3公頃集中在Hautes-Côtes-de-Nuits的葡萄園，種植Pinot Noir、Chardonnay、Aligoté等，其他葡萄園如Morey-St-Denis、Gevrey-Chambertin等，都是向熟識的酒農租用取得的，每款酒並非每年生產，所有酒款都擁有有機與自然動力法雙認證，不添加二氧化硫，由於酒質風格出眾且容易搭餐，身受法國，美國，日本及北歐等市場熱愛，目前已晉升一流酒莊之列，成為許多頂級餐廳與老饕最喜愛的布根地酒莊。

Yann的種植及釀酒哲學亦深得Henri-Frédéric Roch的影響, 所有酒款都是有機與自然動力法雙認證, 堅持於無污染。
為了追求更無拘無束的釀酒風格，Yann選擇將酒款全部降級到法國最低級別Vin de France，以避免在種植與釀酒過程遭受限制。由於法規上Vin de France無需標示年份, 他決定將年份藏於背標中。細心的你會發現在背標Product of France 下面會有一行小字 – LLPYD…後面的數字便是隱藏的年份。

由於有機種植和生物動力法并存, 每公頃產量極低, 酒莊的酒非常稀缺, 極具收藏價值。
