pale ruby with some hazziness medium raspberry, cranberry and strawberry within earthy mushrooms and straw like smelling in it!  dry, medium+ acidity, low tannin and medium body, 13% alcohol but good finish with long lasting of umami and transparency texture!

"Unlike any Sancerre you have tasted before, but by far the best. Sebastien's wines redefine what we think Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir should taste like. One of the standard-bearers for the grapes, Sebastien makes some of the most profound expressions of Sauvignon Blanc that exists - a far cry from the zippy, standardized clones that are so much Sancerre today. 完全不同於同產區其他酒莊的作法，Sebastien從古老的傳統學得必須要晚採收才能得到成熟度與風味的最均衡表現，雖然這往往容易讓葡萄得到貴腐菌感染，不過這種做法卻可以讓葡萄酒具備更豐盛的風味以及更複雜的深度。由於Sebastien Riffault的老婆來自立陶宛，疼愛老婆的他因此使用立陶宛文來命名多數酒款。
