Bright, dark red. Captivating aromas and flavors of blueberry, mocha, espresso and sexy oak. Elegant, seamless wine with nicely integrated acidity. Suave and smooth but with real lift and clarity. This very pure, sexy wine is balanced to offer early pleasure but can be held for a decade. Finishes with fine-grained tannins and sneaky length. A beauty.

Michel Rolland 早年通過實踐，研發出一些列釀酒的技巧：追求葡萄的完美成熟度，綠色採收，葡萄田的維護，按照地塊特性因材施教地釀酒，嚴格地篩選最好的葡萄，酒桶發酵，踩皮提取法，Michel Rolland 也是 Pomerol 第一個在1987年就是用溫控小容量釀酒槽進行發酵的人。從葡萄園到最後裝瓶的每一步都經過深思熟慮的安排，所有的步驟都是為了能更好的呈現 Le Bon Pasteur 的複雜度。
