Graci並非歷史悠久的Etna酒莊，在2004年才正式成立，擁有的葡萄園面積也只得二十多公頃。Graci的莊主Alberto Graci非常年輕，這冒起的新星，正如火山口經常冒出的白煙，有的不單是歷史，也有活力。

出生於西西里的Alberto Graci本來在米蘭幹著銀行業，因祖父離世回鄉，承繼了5公頃地，其中2公頃是葡萄園，勾起了他對葡萄酒的興趣，於是索性辭掉工作。他認為西西里中部已經失去了昔日葡萄酒的重要性，毅然換碼轉戰更具潛力東北部的Etna火山。他先後在Passopisciaro買下25公頃 — 其中7公頃種植其他植物 — 海拔600米的Arcuria葡萄園及Solicchiata 2公頃海拔1,000米的Barbabecchi葡萄園；2008年再收購1公頃Feudo di Mezzo葡萄園。

Alberto迷上Etna火山，全因當地的原生葡萄品種，紅的是Nerello Mascalese、Nerello Cappuccio，白的是Carricante和Catarratto。這四種葡萄，在當地歷史久遠，奈何Etna是歐洲最高的活火山，爆發頻繁，很多葡萄農早已放棄耕作。他在Arcuria發現從未嫁接的原株葡萄樹，Barbabecchi種植的更是過百歲的老樹，於是他決意以比有機耕作更低干預的方法管理，盡量還原Etna葡萄酒的原本味道。事實上，高海拔的Barbabecchi，葡萄要到十一月才收成，比其他葡萄園晚十多天，氣候涼快，加上火山土壤蟲害少，本來就不需要使用農藥。

現時酒莊的出品比幾年前更清晰，白酒兩款，分別是Etna Bianco和Arcuria；一款Nerello Mascalese粉紅酒Etna Rosato。紅酒則有四款，Etna Rosso之外，Feudo di Mezzo、Arcuria和Quota 1000 Barbabecchi是單一葡萄園。全部葡萄酒註冊有機，採用天然酵母發酵，以水泥缸或中性的大橡木桶熟成，以保原汁原味。
