"30% Whole Bunch Fermentation; 40% new wood. I thought there might be a whiff of oxidation here, but in fact I suspect it is a residue of tasting the sans souffre cuvée since this is clearly fresh on the palate, even with a slightly stern finish from the stems, cherries with a savoury edge, and good length. Tasted: November 2020."

來自村內8個地塊的10個風土劃區，分別是位於高坡處的「En Champs」與「Aux Mairchais」；中坡處的「En Combe」與「En Pallud」；低坡處的「En Vignes Belles」、「Aux Epointures」、「En Jouise」與「Croix des Champs」。尤其高坡處的風土條件更偏向一級園與特級園，因此在充滿黑色水果香氣與豐滿的酒體基礎上，添加更多清新的紅色水果氣息，同時保有雄厚的陳年實力。
