酒莊堅持手工、有機的栽種方式，150公頃土地全部擁有 有機認證，絕不使用化肥和除草劑。作為有30餘年經驗的專業釀酒師，James和Ivan非常清楚自己要釀什麼樣的酒:低產, 高質,舊橡木桶發酵為主，布根地風格對兩人的深刻影響 顯而易見。

The nose is all tight-wound sulphides and grapefruit citrus, really breathtaking, lemon rind and lime leaf here too. The palate has a core of scintillatingly pure grapefruit citrus flavor, a wealth of fleshy textural presence and a core of fine, driving acidity. Terrific nutty nuanced resolve.
