The 2019 Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune "Orchis Mascula" has an intense ruby red colour, and on the nose it offers a complex nose of fresh cherries, roses and spices, for a sip that is a little pungent on the attack but with good depth, which overall gives a harmonious wine, very pleasant to drink, elegant.

傳統 Burgundy 釀酒業無可否認都是以男性為主導，女性釀酒師要有超凡實力才可以佔一席位，如 Leroy 和 已過世的 Anne-Cloude Leflaive。而 Claire Naudin 就是傑出女釀酒師中的一員，更曾經榮獲日本葡萄酒大獎賽中「最佳女性釀酒師（Best Wine Produced by a Woman Winemaker）」的稱號！ 

Claire 是 1994年承繼父親的 Domain Naudin Ferrand，為人所知，他的丈夫就是現今一瓶難求的 Domaine Bizot 的莊主/釀酒師 Jean Yves Bizot。

自從接手酒莊後，Claire 不斷注入自己的釀酒理念，悉心經營酒莊，她崇尚自然，堅信可持續釀造的理念，使用有機耕種。另外她也深信化學添加劑不單會長期影響土壤質量，更會損害葡萄園工人的健康！釀酒方面，她堅持使用天然酵母，裝瓶前將葡萄酒進行數次換桶，從而避免過濾或澄清。這意味著她的作品更天然、更能展現其迷人風土的特徵。

不少資深酒評家認為Claire的作品質素可以媲美Bizot，她的紅酒通透細緻，更多了一份優雅，白酒芳香又帶有極高的複雜度。在這個百物騰貴的布根地市場上，Claire 的作品絕對擁有極高的性價比！

酒莊不同酒款分別以葡萄園裡自然生長的花卉來命名，包括Bellis perennis（雛菊 ，daisy）、Galanthus nivalis（雪花蓮 ，snowdrop）、Myosotis arvensis（ 勿忘我，forget-me-not）、Viola odorata（ 紫羅蘭 ，violet）等等。今日介紹呢支Orchis mascula 則是 亞爾丁蘭花。 Claire Naudin聲稱自己的酒與丈夫的Domaine Bizot不同，但實際上他們夫妻倆是共用同一個釀酒房，就連Jean Yves Bizot都稱讚自己老婆的酒釀的真的不錯。飲不起Bizot，或者可以試試Claire Naudin！
