今日介紹呢支清酒由 大嶺酒造的「3粒」，精米步合一下子由之前的58%，提升至更出色的50%，到達純米大吟釀的級別，而且是酒精度只有14.5度的原酒，非常易入口。香氣帶有鳥取縣產的二十世紀青梨的清香，入口是麝香葡萄和蘋果的甘酸味道，而且稍散發帶些哈密瓜一類甜潤水感，口感非常順滑，與白身魚刺身非常配合！

大嶺酒造所有的酒都是用山口縣在地最高級的「山田錦」酒米與「弁天水💦」釀造，酒瓶瓶身則是設計邀請了瑞典設計工作室🎨「Stockholm Design Lab」操刀設計，同樣黑白極簡的設計跟酒廠本身相呼應，不透光的玻璃材質能使酒不會變質，同時也拋棄了傳統以「書法」題字設計的酒標，而改用非常簡單的「米粒」的剪影，用一到五粒米來區別純米大吟釀、純米吟釀、純米酒、 無規格酒等不同的酒款！
大嶺酒款近年超高人氣，推出每一款清酒，一年四季系列都被搶購一空。
