The Barbera d'Alba Il Cerreto di Voerzio produced in La Morra is the classic wine of tradition but with an extra something: the complexity and power make this Barbera anything but a predictable wine, managing to demonstrate how much a grape variety is too more obvious can give. Upon visual examination it shows an intense ruby red color; the sensations on the nose are those typical of Barbera: red fruits, jam, cherries and blackberries, spicy hints with a slight mineral trace that makes it elegant. The sip is full with a good balance and a light tannic texture; high acidity. Persistent and complex finish Excellent throughout the meal.

釀造 : 於不銹鋼桶中發酵；經過12個月橡木桶（25hl）陳年，其中30%新桶，70%舊桶；再經過8個月不銹鋼桶中陳化。

Taste :濃郁的櫻桃風味，還有絲滑的牛奶朱古力味道，香氣直接開放。口感也是一致直接，飽滿但不覺得肥膩，酒體集中，令人印象深刻。
