Understated but powerful, the 2017 Pommard 1er Cru Grands Epenots exhibits aromas of sweet red cherries, rose petal, blood orange and dark chocolate, followed by a medium to full-bodied, velvety and layered palate that's broad-shouldered and concentrated despite its elegant style, framed by succulent acids and supple tannins. This is very promising.

Deep and vibrant, less wide, touched by oak too – but clearly also very attractive. Supple, wide – really expansive flavours. Waves of finishing flavour. Excellent.​

在沒有特級園的Pommard村中，Epenots和Rugiens一向係該村頂級風土的代表，亦係當地最昂貴的酒款之一。 2012年，Pommard向法國國家原產地命名委員會（INAO）遞交一份報告，申請將Rugiens和Epenots升級為特級園，所以這兩塊田已經算係Pommard特級園的開山之祖了，之後必然是身價倍增。

再將Epenots細分，佢又包括3塊一級園，今日介紹呢款les Grands Epenots（10.15公頃）便是其中之一。 Les Grands Epenots 向南邊分佈開來。這裡坡度平緩，土壤含有大量的鵝卵石，因而排水能力非常好，迫使葡萄藤向深處紮根，從而產生高質量的果實。土壤中的高鐵含量又賦予了酒款肌肉和結構。釀造的酒款，比其他兩塊園子更加深邃而有深度、強壯飽滿、豐滿直接。當然它年輕時候沒有那麼令人親近，但在陳年之後會更加濃郁迷人、充滿力量。需要酒友耐心等待。

【酒莊介紹】

在布根地，其實有許多不善於商業推廣，但卻一代人默默耕耘出展現傑出風土佳釀的酒莊。Domaine Rebourgeon-Mure就是這樣一家人打動人心的家族酒莊。

這個家族的歷史可以追溯到1552年，近500年傳承至今，是pommard歷史最悠久的酒莊之一。自2002年以來，34歲的David接替了他的父親Daniel Rebourgeon，負責酒莊的經營，以得到他想要的更優雅的風格。著名酒評人Neal Martin說也被酒莊的一級園les Grands Epenots所征服，並撰文表達期待以後更多嘗試這家的作品。

Note: 優雅的紅果味、精緻的櫻桃香、玫瑰花瓣以及細膩的桶香，外加一點淡淡的煙熏氣息，口中清新優雅，單寧在口中有微微的細顆粒感，整體細緻平衡，不錯的層次感。
