A very pungent nose is presently comprised by notes of mocha, wood toast, earth and a mix of very ripe red and dark berries. The sleek, highly energetic and utterly delicious flavors brim with both minerality and sappy dry extract that delivers sneaky good length. This is sufficiently firmly structured to require at least 12 to 1 5 years to arrive at its apogee though 1 suspect that it would be reasonably approachable after 5 to 7 years. *Outstanding*

A powerful red, delivering plum, black cherry and sweet spice flavors, with hints of loam and dried herbs. Dense and solidly built, ending in a long, concentrated aftertaste.

Domaine des Perdrix的酒標有一隻「鳥」(鷓鴣鳥)，酒莊的梗是因為酒質優異，日本專業葡萄酒雜誌『WANDS 2003年3月號』，給予他與DRC不相上下的評論！酒友更尊稱為：神鳥園。

位於Nuits-Saint-Georges的神鳥園，是布根地知名釀酒家族（Devillard Family）旗下的酒莊。1996年被Devillard家族產業收購，葡萄園面積約15公頃。酒莊擁有好幾個著名的葡萄園，如Echezeaux和Nuits-Saint-George村的兩個一級園，其中擁有99% Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru 'Aux Perdrix' ，係酒標上寫quasi-monopole。經由Devillard家族二十多年來的努力，本酒莊已名列著名的布根地酒莊之一。
