The natural coolness of Pernand is on display here as the nose is quite fresh and bright with its aromas of ripe plum, black cherry liqueur and soft spice whiffs. There is very good detail to the suave and rounded medium-bodied flavors that flash evident minerality on the dusty, youthfully austere and well-balanced finale. This firm effort should be approachable after only 5 to 6 years of bottle age but reward 10 to perhaps even 15.

Opening in the glass with notions of cherries, wild berries, loamy soil and spices, Mongeard-Mugneret's 2019 Pernand-Vergelesses 1er Cru Les Vergelesses is medium-bodied, bright and charming, with lively acids, powdery tannins and an elegant, giving profile.

Mongeard-Mugneret 是 Vosne Romanee 村莊內的釀酒世家，也是村內坐擁廣大的葡萄園的大地主之一。現任莊主 Vincent Mongeard 持著對釀酒的熱情，特別強調適度萃取的重要性，從葡萄的種植直到釀酒的過程，注重於黑皮諾葡萄的細緻呈現，因此 Mongeard-Mugneret 的酒在年輕時就非常美味可口，而陳年之後更增添更豐富的風味變化。

Mongeard-Mugneret 是布根地第一家採用有機肥耕耘的酒莊，釀造時葡萄大多 100% 除梗(頂級酒則會保留小部份)，浸泡4-5天後以高溫發酵，頂級酒採 60% 全新橡木桶釀製、村莊酒則採 40~50%，培養 18 個月後裝瓶。

酒廠目前所有的四座頂級園中，最珍貴的是 Vosne Romanee 頂級園 Richebourg「李其堡」，持有面積僅 0.31 公頃，另外其 Echezeaux 以及 Grand Echezeaux 品質亦非常傑出， *而更難得的是 Mongeard-Mugneret 所釀製的 Clos Vougeot，位於城堡附近的絕佳位置，兼具奔放香氣以及飽滿的口感。*
