All the fruit comes from the Côte de Nuits from Fixin through to Corgoloin. Glowing red purple with a juicy ripe cherry bouquet, and the same excellent structure at the back which is so important.

Bursting with seductive and irresistible fruit on the nose. The palate has lovely sweet, fleshy, ripe raspberry fruit, soft tannins, and the hallmark delicious acidity of the vintage. A real crowd-pleaser.

《Domaine Fourrier》

布根地Gevrey Chambertin 村內的Domaine Fourrier酒莊，1995年開始傳到後人Jean-Maire手中，酒莊雖然歷史不長但卻有著顯赫有名的背景。因為Jean-Maire正正就是當年布根地酒神Henri Jayer 身邊的得力助手，也曾在美國學藝。其葡萄酒融合了新舊世界的釀酒知識及技巧。Jean-Maire於1995年回到自己家鄉接手了家族生意，在其帶領下，酒莊成為布根地酒區內最為吸引的一顆明珠。由於葡萄園內盡是年紀非常老的葡萄樹藤，在村內大概只有 Roty 家可以與其比美。
