"A slightly more elegant nose features a pretty mix of both red and dark cherry coulis, violet and more subtle earth nuances. The middle weight flavors are not as dense but they're noticeably finer on the mid-palate with very good punch that carries over to the raspy and moderately rustic finale that delivers very solid depth and persistence. This is really quite good and worth considering." 

酒莊位於 Burgundy 的 Aloxe-Corton，釀酒師 Franck Follin-Arbelet 的葡萄酒有著濃郁奔放的風格。Frank 的妻子 Christine 來自著名的 波爾多一級莊Latour 家族，她父親 Andre Masson 曾是 Hospices de Beaune 的院長。1990年，Frank 加入了外父位於 Aloxe-Corton 的酒莊，1993年接管了經營。酒莊只使用天然酵母，葡萄酒不經過澄清和過濾直接裝瓶保持風味，酒莊的 Romanee-Saint-Vivant Grand Cru 更曾被漫畫「神之水滴」點名稱讚，亦入選 陳新民鉅作「稀世珍釀」一書。

Domaine Follin-Arbelet酒莊多採用傳統釀酒法，使用頂開式大木桶緩慢發酵，只使用當地的天然酵母，釀好的葡萄酒不經過下膠和過濾直接裝瓶，保持最本質的風味。這些酒純淨深沈，果香濃郁，結構平衡，深受消費者的喜愛。

酒莊已得到全球許多愛酒人士的青睞：包括日本著名的葡萄酒漫畫『神の雫』曾特別介紹Romanee Saint Vivant，『神の雫』用驚人的玫瑰香氣、冷冽的礦石風格，挺拔的酒體，如登上日本名山「槍之岳」頂峰來形容，一覽無遺壯闊莊嚴的天地磅礡。

Follin-Arbelet酒莊的釀酒師Franck Follin-Arbelet是一個安靜又謙虛的人，而他釀造的葡萄酒卻有著濃郁奔放的風格，酒體完整且平衡極佳，單寧柔順，深具陳年潛力。

美國紐約時報在實地訪談後以專文介紹並比較兩支一級酒Aloxe-Corton Clos du Chapitre(今日介紹) 與Aloxe-Corton Les Vercots；阿婆Lalou Bize-Leroy也於La RVF 2011年5月號特別點名推薦Domaine Follin-Arbelet，將其生產的Corton酒款與數家布根地傳奇酒莊如La Maison Bouchard Pere et fils、Domaine Bonneau du Martray、Domaine Meo-Camuzet等並列。
