酒莊釀酒始於1860年，自2020年開始酒莊改名Domaine Mia，就是莊主女兒的名字，並由Mia 接手打理酒莊，Mia希望替酒莊注入自己的熱情、承諾、現代性和女性氣質，並聘用勁人David Duband 作為釀酒顧問，酒風飄逸純潔！香氣集中：帶有紅莓、花香、香料，有點飄逸感；酒體中等，果感豐富且乾淨通透，酸度中上；雖然年份年輕，但單寧細緻，口感活躍，礦物感娓娓道來...A very charming Pinot Noir.

Tasting Note:

This monopole vineyard of Domaine Mia, Clos La Marche is characterised by great minerality, elegance and lightness. Garnet in color with purple reflections, its bouquet exudes aromas of red fruits. The finish is long and fresh – a balanced wine with silky tannins.

Domaine MIA is one of the largest organically cultivated estates of the Côte Chalonnaise. It includes six climats – small areas creating unique and distinct wines. One of these is the 3-hectare Mercurey vineyard – Clos de la Marche. The terroir produces Pinot Noirs with great minerality, elegance and finesse. Since 2020, the keys have been entrusted to daughter Mia Subotic, whose respect for nature in the vineyard has seen her strive diligently to convert organic methods to biodynamic. Mia also works alongside David Duband, one of Burgundy’s leading wine consultants, who oversees the vinification and maturation (12 months in French oak) that all takes place in the underground cellars in Nuits-Saint-Georges. A very charming Pinot Noir.
