黑櫻桃，森林，乾燥香草植物等交織成充滿特色的香氣酒體和風味，結構完整，尾韻悠長，多層次且優雅。開瓶時的大地土壤，醒酒後逐漸轉化純淨優雅，展現當地風土賦予的特色。

A deep garnet Beaune, nose with blackcurrant and black cherry, with a frank, fresh and crunchy palate. A bottle that can be drunk young or put aside. A lot going on in the mouth. It is superb !

葡萄園位於Beaune西邊的“ La Montée Rouge”，僅0.5公頃，土壤表層是粘土以及石灰石，且葡萄園坡度十分陡峭(角度超過30%)，賦予了年輕葡萄藤(20歲)力量與成熟度。酒莊很早就開始使用有機種植，整串葡萄帶梗發酵，二氧化碳浸漬法萃取新鮮果香與平衡，酒泥陳釀12個月，1/8使用新桶。在2018年12月9日，通過重力進行人工裝瓶，沒有sulphite，沒有澄清過濾。
