While the wine does have plenty of fruit, at this stage it shows more structure than fruitiness. Give it time, the weight of the fruit will balance the tannins to deliver a ripe, always structured, wine. Drink from 2025.

Pale purplish red. Toasted sesame, wild meat and creamy strawberry aromas. In the mouth, the acidity is medium to high, the tannins are firm, the grains are like fine yarn, with a little saltiness and a clear minerality. There is a touch of spice in the back, and the finish is delicate red fruit, woody and jasmine. A wine that can be opened and enjoyed anytime. Delicate and delicate, the aroma is beautiful and well-balanced.

布根地 Beaune村內有著相當多的知名酒商，諸如Bouchard Pere & Fils、Chanson Pere & Fils、Joseph Drouhin、Louis Jadot等等都設立於此，或許這些大名氣的酒商搶走了大多數的光環，讓人忽略了同時在此還是藏著一些小酒莊，在這些獨立的小酒莊中，最為重要的首推Domaine Albert Morot。Domaine Albert Morot最初在1820是以酒商的名義設立，接著在1890年買入了數公頃的葡萄園之後，便同時經營酒商與酒莊的生意，一直到1980年代末期，決定放棄了酒商生意，專職酒莊的照顧。那時的莊主為Albert Morot的兩個外孫兒女Guy Choppin和Françoise Choppin，由於不久之後Guy因病去世，酒莊的工作全部由外孫女Françoise一肩扛起。終生未婚的Françoise，有著堅毅性格，勤奮認真，堅持傳統的哲理，釀造出一款款最具古典風格的布根地葡萄酒。Francoise一直主掌酒莊到1999年的採收完畢，才將重責大任傳承給侄子Geoffroy Choppin de Janvry。

Domaine Albert Morot共擁有約7.91公頃的葡萄園，其中包括Greves、Aigrot、Bressandes、Cent Vignes、Marconnets、Teurons和Toussaints等七片精彩的Beaune一級園和一片位於Savigny-les-Beaune的一級獨占園(monopole)：La Bataillere aux Vergelesses。葡萄的平均樹齡高達五十年以上。Domaine Albert Morot隨著世代的更迭，品質不斷往上提升，不但獲得死忠客戶的滿意讚賞，而且也不斷得到專業酒評優異的評價。
