"The vines are in Les Gamaires which abuts Morey. One of the reasons why Thomas uses a few whole bunches here (the only wine in the cellar) is to make sure the wine shows a clear difference in character from his Morey. The wine has a pretty pink purple colour with an angelic floral nose, and a crunchy energy to the palate. Very elegant perfumed finish despite the evident weight of fruit."

Coquard Loison 釀酒方式不僅採用布根地傳統葡萄酒釀造法，還通過現代技術釀造。葡萄採用人工採收，100%去梗。利用敞開式發酵槽進行發酵工藝，持續 12-15天。發酵期間，壓帽和淋汁等工序需一天一次，並通過溫度調節器不斷進行溫控。所有葡萄酒成熟期需18個月左右。而他家的酒在酒友間以清晰度和純淨度見稱，比較淡雅，Sylvain Cathiard 認定了 Thomas 這顆未來新星的能力，特別是他的釀酒技術，2017年他釀造的 Clos de La Roche 打敗了 Armand Rousseau Grand Echezeaux 及 Echezeaux ，更與 DRC 平分春色。
