This is always a precise and focused Barolo with dried cherry, floral and dried mushroom character. Medium to full body, polished tannins and a berry, tea and light leather aftertaste. Delicious now but much better in three or four years.

Starts out with floral and berry aromas and flavors, quickly giving way to tar, eucalyptus and wild herb elements. Firm and tense, with dense, dusty tannins shoring up the lingering finish.
